Parker Bryan Family Law – COVID-19 Modifications in Place
During this unprecedented time – when courts are not in session yet your legal issues persist – you need resolution. We can offer answers.
While Wake and many other NC counties have now issued stay-at-home orders, Parker Bryan Family Law is still working for you. We have implemented a plan that allows us to continue to provide you with the services you need in the safest way possible. We are working with secure online video and teleconferencing platforms to handle meetings, consultations, mediations, negotiations, depositions, and even arbitrations. Business is being accomplished, albeit a bit differently.
Our physical offices will remain closed, but we will continue to provide a live receptionist during business hours. Please call us Monday-Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm and we will assist you with your family law needs. We are working for existing clients and we are accepting new clients.
NC State District and Superior Courts will remain closed through June 1, 2020.* All cases, with limited exceptions, scheduled within this time frame are continued off the trial calendar. If you have a case that falls within the limited exceptions and is NOT being continued, we will be in contact with you directly. We have not yet been informed of how and when the Courts will reschedule the pending cases that have been affected. Rest assured, as soon as we know, you will know.

While we may be working remotely, we are working. Please do not hesitate to contact us, if there is anything you need. We are here for you.
We are Parker Bryan.
What is in a name? History. Strength. Earned reputation. The Parker Bryan history began nearly 40 years ago when John Hill Parker started his family law practice in 1982 after presiding over family law cases as a district court judge. Kimberly Bryan joined forces with him in 1996. Over the past three decades, a strong family law practice has developed with devotion, commitment, and determination. Lawyers Dave Holm, Amy Britt and Brent Tanner later joined the practice and are emerging as leaders in the field. In 2020, Stephanie Jenkins joined the firm with an already established reputation in North Carolina. The family law section now cements its place in Wake County and expands into eastern and central North Carolina.
We are family lawyers with the pedigree to handle the most advanced legal issues that may come your way. We are lawyers with compassion and understanding for what you are facing, and we are with you every step of the way. We are smart. We are capable. We are caring. We are here. We are Parker Bryan Family Law.
