Abbey E. Newton

Abbey is originally from Hoke County, North Carolina. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from North Carolina State University in 2023. Through a variety of internships, she gained practical experience and developed interests that led her to pursue a career in law. She earned her Juris Doctor from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2026.

While at Campbell Law, Abbey worked with clients through the Gailor Family Law Litigation Clinic, assisting with matters involving custody and equitable distribution. Through the clinic, she also gained courtroom experience and strengthened her legal research, drafting, and case-preparation skills. The experience deepened her commitment to family law. Abbey is dedicated to guiding and supporting clients through some of life’s most personal and challenging moments.
