Stephanie Jenkins
Stephanie Jenkins is a partner at Parker Bryan Family Law, having joined the firm in 2020. Prior to joining Parker Bryan, she practiced family law for more than twenty years, mostly in Raleigh. Practicing family and divorce law is a sensitive topic and matters such as custody, child support, spousal support, complex equitable distribution, and domestic violence issues require competent, focused, and dedicated representation, both for the parties and any children involved.
Amy Britt
Amy L. Britt is a Partner with Parker Bryan Family Law. She is a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina and has lived in Raleigh since the Fall of 2005. Since 2005, Amy has focused her practice exclusively on family law matters in Wake County, including separation/divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, property distribution, domestic violence, premarital agreements, separation and property settlement agreements, and retirement division orders (QDROs). As a result, she is well-versed in the Wake County Family Court system, including cases involving complex equitable distribution and grandparent custody/visitation. In addition, Amy is licensed to practice law in the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of North Carolina and has experience dealing with Federal Hague Convention cases concerning international child abduction. Her knowledge and experience make her a confident trial attorney who is also successful negotiating and resolving cases without litigation.
Brent Tanner
Divorce is never easy. Military divorce is always complicated. Brent Tanner advises service members and their families across NC on the division of property, retirement/disability pay, child custody/child support, and spousal support. Brent frequently serves as a national speaker on federal laws related to military pensions and civil service, and advises attorneys of military families from various states on their specific circumstances.
Dave Holm
Dave served as President of the Wake County Bar Association in 2021. Dave is a past chair of the North Carolina Bar Association Family Law Section, having served as chair during the 2017-2018 bar year. He has been a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law since November of 2006. He has drafted more that 300 Domestic Relations Orders
Imogen J. Baxter
Prior to joining Parker Bryan Family Law in 2022, Imogen J. Baxter practiced at a boutique family law firm in Raleigh for 11 years. Imogen is an enthusiastic and devoted advocate who believes each client deserves high-quality and effective representation and should be supported and informed each step of the way, no matter how large or small the case. Imogen is in serving clients on a wide range of matters.
Tayler d’Alelio
Tayler grew up in northern Virginia and earned her Bachelor of Science from Radford University. She moved to Raleigh in 2017 to attend Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor. Tayler has practiced family law since her admission to the North Carolina bar. She is passionate about her work and dedicated to her clients.
