COVID-19 Modifications in Place – UPDATE March 27, 2020

During this unprecedented time – when courts are not in session yet your legal issues persist – you need resolution. We can offer answers.

While Wake and many other NC counties have now  issued stay-at-home orders, Parker Bryan Family Law is still working for you. We have implemented a plan that allows us to continue to provide you with the services you need in the safest way possible. We are working with secure online video and teleconferencing platforms to handle meetings, consultations, mediations, negotiations, depositions, and even arbitrations.  Business is being accomplished, albeit a bit differently.

Our physical offices will remain closed, but we will continue to provide a live receptionist during business hours. Please call us Monday-Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm and we will assist you with your family law needs. We are working for existing clients and we are accepting new clients.

NC State District and Superior Courts will remain closed through at least April 17, 2020.*  All cases, with limited exceptions, scheduled within this time frame are continued off the trial calendar.  If you have a case that falls within the limited exceptions and is NOT being continued, we will be in contact with you directly. We have not yet been informed of how and when the Courts will reschedule the pending cases that have been affected. Rest assured, as soon as we know, you will know.

While we may be working remotely, we are working. Please do not hesitate to contact us, if there is anything you need.  We are here for you.
