Parker Bryan Family Law – COVID-19 PLANNING

Out of an abundance of caution during these unprecedented and unpredictable days and weeks ahead, Parker Bryan Family Law is implementing plans to allow our entire legal team to continue to provide you with the legal services that you need in the safest, most secure way, possible. 

While our physical offices will be closed to the public, we are open for business. While our headquarters and satellite law offices will be closed to the public, our secure network provides you and us with a way to collaborate and communicate as usual. We will operate our physical offices with limited personnel operating on a rotational basis so we can manage the day-to-day activities; however, the majority of our interaction with you will be via telephone, video conference, e-mail, and other remote methods.

Our State District and Superior Courts where we practice are closed for the next 30 days and all cases, with limited exceptions, scheduled within this time frame are continued off the trial calendar.  If you have a case that falls within the limited exceptions and is NOT being continued, we will be in contact with you directly.

While we may be working remotely, we are working.
