McCae Henderson


McCae S. Henderson is an associate attorney with Parker Bryan Family Law Firm. McCae was born and grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Spanish from North Carolina State University in 2017. After graduating from NC State, McCae attended Campbell Law School and earned his Juris Doctorate in the Summer of 2020. While at Campbell, McCae was the President of the Old Kivett Advocacy Council and ran multiple intramural legal competitions, coordinating with judges and attorneys around the area. During his law school career, McCae worked in the North Carolina General Assembly, at a criminal defense firm, and as a law clerk with Parker Bryan Family Law.

In August of 2020, McCae was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar and joined Parker Bryan Family Law firm as an associate attorney. McCae is eager to begin working in the area of the law that he is most passionate about and hopes to help families of all types in Wake County and the surrounding areas. As an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, McCae hopes to develop the community’s understanding of the dynamics of LGTBQ+ families. McCae’s experience working in many different areas of the law has also given him the ability to take on a variety of legal challenges. McCae is zealous in his desire to grow and advocate for all clients and their families.
